When you hand someone your household goods, you also hand them your personal details. We take both seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what information VRL Packers and Movers collects through this website, why we ask for it, and the control you have over it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India.

What we collect, and only that
- Your name and mobile number — asked when you fill the quote form or the callback strip.
- Your move details — the cities you are moving between, the type of shifting, and your preferred date, so we can price the job correctly.
- Our conversations — WhatsApp messages and call notes related to your enquiry and your move, so nothing agreed is lost.
- Basic technical data — if advertising or analytics tags are active on this site, they record anonymised usage such as pages visited and device type. Nothing that identifies you personally.
What we use it for
- Calling you back with a fixed written quotation.
- Planning, executing and updating you on your relocation.
- Sending booking confirmations and delivery updates on phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Measuring whether our advertising works — in aggregate, never person by person.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your details to anyone for marketing.
- We never spam you. One enquiry gets you one callback with your quote — that is all.
- We never ask for payment to a personal UPI or bank account. Payments come to our company account only, with a GST invoice.
Who sees your information
Only the move manager and crew assigned to your job, and only what they need to complete it. Beyond that, we share information solely if the law requires us to.
Cookies and advertising tags
If Google Ads or analytics tools are running on this site, they may set a cookie to count conversions — for example, that someone who clicked our ad later submitted the form. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site and the quote form work perfectly without them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details stay only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements. After that, they are deleted. Access within our team is limited to people who genuinely need it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Message or call +91 8264091243 and we will act on a genuine request within 72 hours.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child has shared details with us, tell us and we will remove them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this page, the new version is posted here with a fresh date. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than buried in fine print.
